Quote Validity:

Quotes are valid until the expiration date listed. If a quote is not accepted by the expiration date, pricing is subject to change and rush fees may apply.
Invoice Terms
Before Paying:
All mock-ups, images, and digital previews provided during the quoting or decision-making process are for evaluation purposes only. All designs, images, and concepts are the exclusive intellectual property of Lana Nicole Events and may not be copied, replicated, reproduced, or used by any other individual or designer without prior written permission from Lana Nicole Events.
After Paying:
Mock-ups provided after payment are solely for customer review and approval. All designs remain the intellectual property of Lana Nicole Events and may not be replicated, reproduced, or used by any other designer or business without written permission.
Invoice Terms:

Payment: Payment is due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Production Start: Mock-ups and production begin once payment has been received.

Turnaround Time: Please allow up to 3 weeks from the order placement date for order completion, unless a rush timeline has been approved.

Refund Policy: No refunds are permitted on projects that have already been started, including any work for which materials, labor, or design services have been initiated.

Revisions: Custom projects include two (2) complimentary revisions. Additional revisions will incur a $15 multiple-design fee, added to your invoice.
Design Ownership Disclaimer
All mock-ups, drafts, concepts, and final designs are the exclusive property of Lana Nicole Events. They may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or recreated by any other designer, vendor, or business without explicit written permission.
Shipping Policy
Lana Nicole Events is not responsible for carrier delays once items have been shipped. While we will make every effort to meet your timeline, shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, or any third-party carrier are outside our control.
All items are packaged with great care. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can assist.
